Silent Skies is no Snapdragon (SE ENB is not as feature complete as LE ENB) but it's the closest thing that I've found on SE and it has actually kept me playing longer than any other SE preset. I'd say it's not the lightest enb out there as it uses almost all of the features enb provides.
